My boys and I are very excited about our new basketball court. Daniel and his team did everything, including assembling, setting, and plumbing the goal. We're very pleased with their quality work. A fifth star is only missing because I tend to be a bit nit-picky about frequency of communication during construction--wanting to know "what's the plan for today?", "when will you be here tomorrow?", etc. All of the work was done in a timely fashion, especially considering the cold weather, so this is a minor point.

We called three other concrete contractors prior to contacting Springs Concrete. By far, Daniel was the most professional with every interaction we had. Our project was a small concrete pad that was going to have a shed anchored into it. We had the concrete pad poured and scheduled our shed to be installed. When the shed contractor came out we were highly disappointed to see the concrete pad that was poured would not work with the shed installation. We contacted Daniel with Springs Concrete and explained/emailed pictures of our issue with the pad. He stood by his company's workmanship and came out to our property with a crew to remove and install a new concrete pad. Our shed was able to be installed on the new pad and we couldn't be happier with our final result!! Thank you Daniel for taking care of our concrete needs!

Great Job! Springs Concrete replaced wooden steps with concrete steps in our garage and then stripped the paint off the garage floor and put colored epoxy on it. Looks wonderful. We will use them again to put in a concrete front porch and steps. They were on time and on budget.

This company is plain old awesome. Springs Concrete does not make you wait to get an estimate done, nor do they wait to return your phone call on a down right reasonable estimate on your project needs. The workers came out promptly and worked really hard to get the job done in excellent timing. When there was something that needed to be addressed it was on the spot corrections being done without hassel!! With that being said, my concrete looks phenomenal. And they are a real company because I thought they were fake due to the number of ratings they have. Keep It up Guys!!

A few days later when all 3 estimates were in and I discovered Springs Concrete's estimate was a few thousand less that the other two companies, this made my decision really easy. I contacted Daniel and his company came and completed the work I wanted done over a period of 3 days. I had them install a concrete patio, sidewalks, and a driveway extension. Throughout the whole process I was able to observe Springs Concrete in action. On several occasions Daniel would direct his crew to make adjustments or do additional work to ensure the craftsmanship was at the highest level. I highly recommend Springs Concrete to anyone that is looking for quality work for a competitive price. I had my patio extended and a walkway installed from the front to the back of my house. Daniel showed up on time each time we met. He and his team were courteous and professional throughout the whole process. He met his timeline and the work was fantastic. We LOVE our new patio! Daniel and his crew did a great job! We had a stamped patio with a border put in and it looks like real stone! Way nicer than I expected. We paid exactly what Daniel estimated. I am very picky and ask a lot of questions. Daniel addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions with a smile on his face. He is very personable and pleasant to work with. 100% Satisfied Customer. It was great doing business with Daniel and his crew at Springs Concrete. They were very personable yet professional. They showed up when they were suppose to. The job took exactly the amount of time Daniel said it would and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We needed a sidewalk that connected our driveway in front to our patio in the back yard. We were expecting it to have a step at some point as the two areas were different levels, but to our surprise they were able to level it out and the entire path is the same level, which makes it easier when taking the lawn mower back there. We will definetly have Springs Concrete back to do more work for us.

Daniel and his crew did an excellent job pouring our concrete patio. From estimate to finish, Daniel always offered a quick response to any questions or concerns we had. I had quite a few estimates from different contractors in Colorado Springs and most were thousands of dollars more and the ones that were competitive price wise sounded like they have never poured concrete before. One actually wanted me to do some of the work. Daniel was on the job site whenever work was being done and personally ensured all stages of the project was done to HIS standard! They provided me with a free estimate, exceptional work, and a great price - to include a military discount! From beginning to end, the communication was great. The fella's worked hard and really seemed to care about what they were doing to give us better functionality and a better look. Beyond all of this, they were an absolute pleasure to visit with and work with. GREAT CREW! Colorado Flatworks had done work for me before. Their work was adequate, but expensive. Springs Concrete is my new "go to" concrete crew. I highly recommend them.

and with no promise of getting the job Dan helped me several times over the phone with questions, advice and tips. When I considered the great depth of work ahead I called Dan to give me a bid. He was prompt, professional and polite. The job started when he said it would. There were some issues with the product itself but Daniel and Mike were very determined to make things as right as possible. My only complaint about this entire process, would be about the same things that other employers deal with and that is the lack of talented, hardworking intelligent employees available for hire. Once I brought up the issues of clean up, etc, Daniel came right out ( during his own personal time off) and took a list of items to be ammended. From there Mike did a phenomenal job of not only correcting the issues, he explained everything with patience and humor.

I contacted several contractors but was most impressed with Springs Concrete and Daniel Flansberg. The price was very reasonable and Daniel answered all of my questions (which were numerous). We also got a sidewalk put in around the side of the house where the slope is steep, and the sidewalk is flat and level, unlike some of our neighbor's walkways. The workers were very polite, hard working, and cleanup was great. I would use Springs Concrete again in a heartbeat!

The communication was great, letting me know exactly what to expect every step of the way including the cleanup that would be required. Great Looking Walkway!‎‎ By MarkE B - Jul 31, 2010 We had a colored concrete walkway laid from our sidewalk all the way to our backyard. They did an outstanding job. The color really complements the rock. There was some curving in the walkway and we had two extensions with flared ends off of the main walkway. The expansion lines on the walkway and extensions really make the walkway look fantastic. Daniel was great to work with. He told us exactly what the process would entail and it was right on. I would definitely call them again for any concrete work and would highly recommend them to others.

 

Love the patio! ‎ By Laurel - Jul 3, 2010 We are thrilled with the patio we had Springs Concrete pour for us. They did a great job with the concrete. The stairs look great and the patio sems very level and true. However, their cleanup left something to be desired. When Daniel was around the work was awesome and they did an excelent job. When Daniel left to check on another job the clean up job that was done was less than stellar. There is still some stray concrete in the yard we have to pull out before we are able to mow our grass and there is concrete on our house's sideing. I would reccommend Springs Concrete to do work to friends and family you just have to make sure you watch the cleanup phase.

Great Work‎‎ By Daniel! - Jun 16, 2010 We just had Daniel and his crew pour a walk from the front of the house to the back yard and pour an pad extenstion. The weather did not want to cooperate so Dan pushed back the our to ensure everything went ok. We called around to and got several bid - but in the end we with with SC. The team was fast and efficient, explained what they were going to do, and finished right on time. We are extremely happy with the end result and the attention to details. I would recommend them to a friend or co-worker.

 

Fantastic!‎‎ By bruce.g.diges - Jun 15, 2010 Daniel and his team poured over 550 square feet of concrete for my sidewalk and 24x11 sq.ft. patio. I was nervous about having anybody work on such a large project. Especially since I travel during the week and there was a good chance that I would not be on site for most of the project. I chose Daniel because of the passion he conveyed for his work and on his word that he would "treat my home like it was his own". Fortunately, I was able to be onsite for most of the project and I got to see Daniel and his team complete all phases of the project in just 2 days! I have to give the team credit for the extra effort on the first day. It was one of our hottest days of the summer and they worked until 6pm to have everything ready for the pouring scheduled for the next day.

The weather barely cooperated with us, we had to postpone the job by a few hours, but Daniel was flexible and even made our slab 6 inches instead of 4 at no extra cost. The work was done well and the best part was the cost. We had called around to many different places in town and he was not only the most reasonable, but he beat the other offers. We will go back to Springs concrete for any and all other future concrete projects.
